The existing bungalow on the property was built up with two new floors above to create a 3-storey fourplex with one unit per floor. The basement and ground floor units have 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and open concept kitchen/living/dining spaces. The second and third floor units have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and open concept kitchen/living/dining spaces. On the exterior, the existing brick was painted dark grey while the new additions were clad in vertical black siding. The wood slats for the porch railings, soffits, and accent pieces lighten up the facade and provide depth. The black aluminum bands and windows and doors complete the modern look. A 1-storey garden suite in the backyard maximizes the use of the property.
