The access points from the backyard and lane provide flow through the front to back of the property. The second floor holds a bachelor rental unit with a 3-piece washroom. The kitchen counter makes use of the angular wall facing the backyard along with the space over the stairs to utilise as much square footage as possible. The skylights help to bring in additional daylight and the 9’-6” ceilings create a loft feel. There’s also a large picture window facing the lane.
