The oversized island doubles as the dining table which opens up the floor space. The desks in the loft are built into the sloped roof to maximize the storage space available and the loft looks down into the open kitchen/living/dining space. The modern exterior has a light grey stucco finish with reveal lines which is accented by a gunmetal grey surround with wood siding. The porch roof follows suit with decorative slats down the side. The large backyard facing windows bring ample amounts of daylight into the suite.
