Bungalow Renovation / Addition

The client came to us with an existing bungalow in Orillia which was in major need of TLC. We proposed a new front porch, new rear deck, new roof, and side/rear additions. The additions created a 3-car tandem garage with a car lift, an increased living/dining area, and a new primary (master) bedroom space with an ensuite and walk-in-closet. The exterior was redesigned to create a contemporary cottage feel. A rear yard shed was also designed to mimic the main house’s style.
