The ground floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom along with kitchen and dining space. The second floor has another 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with living space. This equals a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom suite. The skylights on the second floor bring extra daylight into the living room and staircase. On the exterior, the charcoal siding placed vertically and horizontally breaks up the facade while wood accents create pops of colour on the front wall. The modern aesthetic is capped off with a raised seam metal roof.
