The open space throughout allows for accessibility needs. The skylights on the second floor bring extra daylight into all the spaces. On the exterior, the white stucco, decorative trim work, arched windows and black accents give a Spanish Villa feel. The contemporary aesthetic is completed with a raised seam metal roof along with cedar soffits.
